Responsibilities and key challenges

Key and varied areas of responsibility include:

Lead and execute R&D and development projects within raw materials, products, processes and environmental solutions.

Conduct experiments, analyses and testing in laboratory, pilot and production environments – and structure and communicate results.

Contribute to continuous improvement and development of methods, standards and work processes.

Collaborate closely with production, quality, HSE and global teams to realize sustainable improvements.

Actively participate in cross-functional project teams and contribute to other development projects.

Support sales teams and customers with technical expertise and documentation.

Qualifications
We are seeking a professional with a solid scientific or technological background
We also hope you have several of the following qualifications or interests:

Master’s or PhD degree in physics, chemistry, metallurgy, materials science or related fields.

Motivation for R&D, product development, process development or industrial project work.

Knowledge of raw materials, SiC-based products, quality processes or statistical analysis tools.
-
Enjoy working at the intersection of development, operations, quality and/or HSE.
Experience from the process industry or a technology company is preferred, but newly graduated candidates are also encouraged to apply.
