Responsibilities and Key Tasks

The main responsibility involves analyzing and optimizing foundry processes with a focus on efficiency, environmental impact, and quality.

Key tasks include:
• Identifying operational improvements and ensuring their implementation
• Leading and participating in optimization projects
• Reporting on operations and visualizing key parameters
• Actively contributing to skill development and interdisciplinary collaboration

Qualifications We Are Looking For

• Higher education is desirable, preferably in metallurgy, mechanical engineering, or material technology. Disciplines such as process chemistry, chemical engineering, and cybernetics may also be relevant.
• Relevant industrial experience
• Strong digital skills
• Knowledge of Lean principles is advantageous
• Proficiency in at least one Nordic language and English
