Challenging & Managerial | Efficient operation | Mobile Offshore Drilling Units (MODU)
The newly established role shall add expertise to streamline our important operation with two advanced vessels. The position will be based in Norway (Kristiansand), in close contact with the units that currently operate outside Brazil.
The tasks are about coordinating resources, focusing on optimal operation and good collaboration with key personnel associated with the offshore activities. We expect you to lead, develop and motivate about 20 talented colleagues, some of whom are led directly and others indirectly. We are looking for a co-operative, competent and steady leader, who is able to direct maritime operations from shore.

Job description
- Overall management of maritime operations from shore, focusing on adding expertise to streamline operations through our important Well Intervention Vessels, according to long-term contacts.
- Coordination of resources, with focus on optimal operation and good cooperation with key personnel, both internally and on board.
Qualifications
- Maritime and / or offshore education.
- Good experience and expertise in offshore drilling, primarily mobile units (MODU).
- Fluent in English.
